个人简介

朱振军，博士，讲师。主要研究方向：食品功能性多糖结构、生物活性及与肠道菌群互作方面研究。近五年，共发表SCI收录期刊论文15篇，受理专利1项，其中第一作者5篇，ESI高被引1篇。担任食品领域一流期刊Food & Function和Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety的审稿人。
