报告人简介：Tuan Ngo 博士，澳大利亚墨尔本大学基础设施工程系， Dr Ngo在关键基础设施的建模研究方面尤其是在自然与人为灾害作用下建筑与关键基础设施的评估领域做出了突出的贡献。Dr Ngo是RNSA研究网络的项目负责人。政府及众多组织与企业均评价Dr Ngo是在关键基础工程防护领域的专家。
